The Japanese Art of Embodied Transformation

KARADA is a high-level wellness immersion focused on aligning body, mind, and spirit through a Japanese methodology of embodied intelligence. Created and led by a globally recognized expert in body consulting, the program takes place over three days and two nights, and is designed for small groups of 2 to 8 participants.

Each retreat includes personalized diagnostics, sleep optimization, sensitivity training, and guided practices in physical and mental awareness.
